This project was an integration of a talent management software solution with MS Outlook Calendar, that allows users to schedule one-to-one conversations/meetings based on their own availability, and also the target user’s availability.
Upon creating a new invite, the user is able to select a calendar time slot that is available for both users. We considered and implemented a 2-way synchronisation between Outlook & Intuo, so if a user updates an event in Outlook calendar, the changes will be visible in Intuo.
Our approach was a middleware app with a separate database and a user friendly interface that fitted nicely into the overall platform’s design system.
