Your mission

ISSCO is scaling up its Recruitment team in order to further support the international growth of our company. As a Recruitment Officer, you will complement the HR team and work closely with the COO, Account Managers and Project Managers.

Your responsibilities

  • Drafting profiles for candidates based on requirements and input from Sales and Project Managers
  • Posting vacancies in relevant channels and following up on the response
  • Knows how to attract and find the best candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals
  • Pre-selecting and screening of potential candidates for the interview stage
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Collaborates closely with the Human Resources Manager and contributes with suggestions in establishing the recruitment strategy
  • Takes responsibility for always being informed about recruitment trends and provides relevant information in a timely manner, in order to constantly optimize the new hire process accordingly.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, or related field
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
  • Acts as an ambassador of the company, implementing its own employment policy and best practices in relation to potential candidates
  • Familiar with LinkedIn’s recruiting solutions and knows how to apply them effectively
  • Work experience as a Recruiter is a plus

Currently, we are all operating remote, from home, although we have offices in Iasi and Bacau. Once office operations will return back to ‘normal’, Work from home options will remain available.
