Your mission

To further support the international growth of our company, ISSCO is scaling up its R&D team. As a Project Manager, you will complement the Services & Solutions team and work closely with the CEO, Account Managers and the Development and OPS teams.

Your responsibilities

• Coordinating internal resources allocated to projects to ensure an on-time and within budget project delivery
• Tracking project performance in terms of short and long term goals
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
• Performing risk analysis and designing risk mitigation strategies
• Reporting the project status to customers and internally, escalating to management when needed
• Ability to translate functional requirements to developers
• Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
• Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected

Your profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in the appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
• 2 years experience in custom project management in solutions and services
• Solid organizational skills and good time management skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be a good team player and an effective leader who is able to motivate their project team
• Romanian mother language and good written/spoken knowledge of English

Currently, we are all operating remote, from home, although we have offices in Iasi and Bacau. Once office operations will return back to ‘normal’, Work from home options will remain available.
