Job description

We’re looking for an experienced technical support engineer who wants to join our team in Bacau.

Your profile

  • Familiar with Windows and UNIX troubleshooting/administration
  • Familiar with Virtualisation (Citrix, VMWare)
  • Basic SQL knowledge is a plus
  • Bash scripting experience would be a plus
  • Proactivity and determination, team player
  • Effective planning & organizational skills including keen attention to detail
  • Analytic and problem-solving skills
  • You have excellent communications skills, both verbally and written
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support based on customer calls, emails or requests submitted via the Customer Portal.
  • Advise users on appropriate action
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention; redirect problems to appropriate resources
  • Manage issues to resolution, updating the helpdesk system and communicating with relevant parties and manager
  • Help maintain and create internal documentation
  • Update ticket system daily with descriptions of work performed
  • Maintain the internal assets inventory
  • Perform simple recurring monitoring and maintenance tasks
  • Participate in a rotation shift (for alerts only)

Currently, we are all operating remote, from home, although we have offices in Iasi and Bacau. Once office operations will return back to ‘normal’, Work from home options will remain available.
