Job description

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer, with a strong knowledge of PowerShell who will play a key-role in a strategic project within the company to join our international team of developers in Romania and Belgium.

Your profile

  • Excellent English, writing and communication skills;
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science (or equivalent);
  • A thorough knowledge and experience of DevOps automation tools and Powershell is key;
  • You have an understanding of Linux, Windows, Virtualization, Citrix, SDN, SDS, Firewalls and Automation;
  • You have a knowledge of (in sequence of importance): SQL and NoSQL databases (Cassandra, MongoDB), CloudStack, OpenStack, virtual routing, Elasticsearch, Citrix XenDesktop, Citrix NetScaler, KVM;
  • You prefer open source rather than enterprise software and you don’t mind digging into new and cutting-edge technologies and products;
  • You can thrive in a start-up environment with deadlines and priorities.

Your responsibilities

As a DevOps Engineer, the main goal is to deliver an MVP in 3 phases spread over at least 1 year. You will be the driving force to bring this project to a good end. Other than that, we need you to:

  • Have a strong understanding of PowerShell;
  • Taking the lead in this project;
  • Meeting the targets and deadlines.
