Our customer is a Belgian based multinational, offering a Event Management Cloud solution towards major exposition organizers throughout the world. Integrated with all major online event registration platforms, the solution offers registration, badge printing on demand and session registration capabilities for events up to 100k persons. The main challenges for our customer on short term are the globalization of their services, and integration with more event ERP’s. Also the monitoring of active events and ensuring smooth handling of thousands of registrants per hour is one of the key targets for the next year.
